Ewoud Mahler (viool)
Tijdens zijn vioolstudie aan de conservatoria van Den Haag en Riga speelde Ewoud in het prestigieuze Gustav Mahler Jugendorchester.
Na behalen van zijn eindexamen bouwde Ewoud aan een orkestcarrière die hem naast zijn vaste baan als eerste violist in Het Gelders Orkest leidde langs de grote orkesten van Europa zoals het Rotterdams Philharmonisch, Nederlands Kamerorkest, Bergen Filharmonisch (Noorwegen), Deens Nationaal Symphonie (DR), Kon.Concertgebouworkest en The Philharmonia Orchestra in Londen waar hij een trial voor eerste viool kreeg.
Naast het orkestspel heeft Ewoud veelvuldig in verschillende kamermuziekformaties opgetreden waaronder strijkkwartet, pianotrio- en kwintet, duo met harp en zijn vaste vioolduo "Mahler II" .
Yoko Kanamaru（Altviool）
Born in Tokyo, began her musical studies at the age of five with the violin and then the viola at the age of 19.
After her study at the TOHO Gakuen School of Music in Tokyo, she furthered her study in Europe with Kim Kashkashian, Wolfram Christ and Nobuko Imai.
Yoko is a first prize winner of International Brahms Competition and the Premio Valentino Bucchi International Competition.
She was awarded the Special prize at the International Viola Competition in Moscow and Carl-Seemann-Prize at the Mendelssohn Competition.
Her recent appearances have included with Yuri Bashmet and Moscow Soloists, the Baden-Badener Philharmonic Orchestra, Chamber Orchestra of Freiburg and Kanagawa Philharmonic Orchestra.
She has appeared at the Saito-Kinen Festival, the Kronberg Viola Festival in Germany.
Her debut album, Landscape of Chaconne, released in June 2008, is repertoires of Ligeti's Solo Sonata, Bach's Chaconne, including Multitruck audio recording for four violas.
The recent recording is "The last Bard" with Italian composer Alessandro Appignani who dedicated Yoko a viola solo piece "A Window in the wood"
Yoko Kanamaru is a member of the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra.
Since2012 she is appointed for the 1.principal violist of the Limburg Symphony Orchestra, Maastricht.
Maitin Bungeroth (Cello)
Martin Bungeroth studeerde cello aan de Universitaet der Kuenste Berlijn, aan de Staatliche Hochschule fuer Musik Freiburg (diploma 2005) en aan de Hochschule fuer Musik und Tanz Keulen / Aken (Master 2008). Hij werkte in diverse orkesten, waaronder het Gürzenich Orkest Keulen, Orchestre Philharmonique du Luxembourg, Koninklijk Vlaams Orkest van Antwerpen en als solo-cellist in het Filharmonisch Orkest Regensburg. Hij speelde ook op tournee met de Asia Philharmonisch Orkest. Sinds 2012, Martin werkte als freelancer bij het Concertgebouworkest Amsterdam, het Kamerorkest Sinfonia Rotterdam en bij de Philharmonie Zuidnederland Maastricht. Met Ani Avramova vormt het de afgelopen twee jaar de cello-piano- duo Avramova- Bungeroth. Hij leert een cello klasse in Aken.
